Seeking an experienced Appian BPM Architect to lead BPM initiatives using the Appian platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement complex Appian solutions
Lead and mentor Appian developers
Apply Appian best practices and standards
Troubleshoot technical issues
Coordinate with on-site engineers and customers
Manage project plans and schedules
Create quality documents and conduct audits
Participate in technical design discussions
Drive process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
8-10 years Appian BPM experience
Advanced skills in Appian Designer, Sites, and Tempo
Strong BPM concepts understanding
Team leadership experience
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred:
Appian certifications
Experience with SQL, web services, Java
Agile methodology knowledge
Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
