Job Description
This role will report to the senior executive team, and will provide confidential project support to the Senior Vice President (Quality, Safety, Risk Management) and Interim Chief Executive Officer in managing and executing strategic projects, ensuring alignment with the hospital system's mission, vision, and goals. This role requires a confidential, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities and engage with various stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to improving healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Minimum Qualifications
1. A Masters degree in Arts or Science with a specialization in hospital administration, health care administration, administrative medicine or in public health when conferred for a program in hospital administration, from an approved college or university; or a Baccalaureate degree; and,
2. One (1) year of administrative experience and background; or,
3. An equivalent combination of training, education and experience in related fields and educational disciplines; and,
4. General knowledge of policies and programs utilized in the operation of a health care facility, ability to assimilate and analyze data, to recommend action based on analytical findings, and to assist in the solution of complex problems in health care administration and management.

- Assist the SVP/Interim CEO in planning, executing, and completing strategic projects, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, while monitoring progress and implementing risk mitigation strategies; Under direction, provides confidential operational and administrative project support in areas related to Quality & Risk Management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide high-level, confidential administrative support, including preparing briefing materials and reports.
- Provide technical guidance in developing administrative and operational processes, templates, procedures, and core documents.
- Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other documents on behalf of the SVP/Interim CEO, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making, and prepare detailed reports on project status and outcomes.
- All other duties as assigned

- Ability to prepare professional presentations, data graphics, and other materials on program and financial performance; creating reports that present data in multiple ways for a variety of audiences.
