We're looking for a Associate Director, Regulatory Reporting Specialist to:
Prepare, analyze, and file FR Y-14 Regulatory Reports to Federal Reserve on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Develop and maintain production task runbooks to create transparency for team deliverables.
Perform variance analysis and reconciliations between regulatory reports.
Investigate data quality issues and drive remediation efforts through reporting logic updates and/or collaborating with upstream data providers/system owners for appropriate solutions.
Partner with Compliance & Operational Risk on transaction testing exceptions and remediate issues where necessary.
Engage with key stakeholders to establish CCAR model mappings and actively participate in the internal planning process.
Support the interaction with Federal Reserve as well as internal and external auditors.
Identify and raise operational risk issues and own key procedural controls for the regulatory reporting team.
Develop regulatory rule interpretations and collaborate with accounting policy group based on FRB report instructions to minimize reporting risks.
Collaborate with IT to install Axiom vendor template patches as well as platform updates.

Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement
This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a Financial Controller, Financial Analyst, Regulatory Reporting Analyst, Senior Compensation Analyst, or a related occupation.
Alternate Education & Experience Requirement
The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Financial Controller, Financial Analyst, Regulatory Reporting Analyst, Senior Compensation Analyst, or a related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
Regulatory reporting production, including FR Y14M, FR Y14Q, FR Y14A, FR Y9C, FR 2052a, and FFIEC 031
Financial accounting principles
Financial analysis and reporting standards
Working with large quantities of financial data
Axiom reporting platform; Addressing internal and external financial audits
Change management
Agile framework using JIRA or GitLab
Managing time-sensitive production deadlines while managing multiple concurrent projects
