Are you ready to lead multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive revenue and growth? We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us at Thinkific.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll work across marketing channels to find opportunities to scale Thinkific's growth. You will use your flexible marketing skillset to experiment with various projects and use a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Your goal will be to drive revenue and growth - through ownership of campaigns, working across and uniting channels, promotions, review sites, co-marketing partnerships. Here's how you'll accomplish this:

Are you ready to lead multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive revenue and growth? We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us at Thinkific.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll work across marketing channels to find opportunities to scale Thinkific's growth. You will use your flexible marketing skillset to experiment with various projects and use a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Your goal will be to drive revenue and growth - through ownership of campaigns, working across and uniting channels, promotions, review sites, co-marketing partnerships. Here's how you'll accomplish this:
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, review sites and identify new opportunities for growth on our self serve platform
- Own the campaign calendar, aligned with Evergreen Lifecycle programs
- Identify key, measurable metrics for campaigns and review sites with the ability to test and scale rapidly
- Manage campaign targets and success including channel metrics improvements, Net Paying improvements
- Ensure campaign and project timelines by working cross functionally with channel owners including paid ads, web, and email
- Perform marketing reporting analysis for campaigns, reporting on how our channels work together and review sites play into channel champaigns
- Partner with the Marketing leadership and Analytics team to set and measure against targets for each channel and to develop performance insights
- Create and refine effective programs that leverage customer behavior data, using a multi-channel approach
The person we have in mind likely:
- Has 5+ years of experience in similar roles, you have owned marketing campaigns at the Strategist or Manager level
- Has 3+ years of experience in B2C SaaS environments
- Possesses strong knowledge of product led growth promotions and has experience partnering with product team members
- Has working experience with marketing attribution modelling
- Holds extensive experience working with stakeholders and leading campaigns from planning to completion
- Has prior experience owning all channels, acting a multi-hat wearing marketer
- Possesses strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis
- Has a results-oriented mindset with a focus on using data insights to drive measurable outcomes
- Loves to learn and grow. They've found (and keep looking for) ways to level up their skills in this field, whether that's through formal education, gaining professional experience, or maybe even building their own business
These things would also be nice, but we think you could learn them on the job:
- Experience with tools such as Hubspot, Lookr, and A/B testing tools for web
- Familiarity with Sirius decisions making framework
