Senior Lead- Production

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Lead Production for the night shift to oversee and lead our production teams. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, ensure efficient production processes, and maintain high-quality standards. This role requires collaboration with other departments, training team members, and ensuring compliance with safety and production guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Supervision: Provide strong leadership to production teams during the night shift, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to create and implement production schedules, optimize workflows, and resolve any production issues.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for team members, ensuring they are skilled in the latest production techniques and safety protocols.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, incidents, and performance metrics. Provide regular reports to the Production Manager.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve any issues that arise during the production process, minimizing downtime and maintaining production flow.
• Equipment Management: Ensure all production equipment is maintained and functioning properly. Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Skills:

  • Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.

Working Conditions:

• Shift: Day/ Night shift (exact hours to be determined).
• Environment: Manufacturing plant, with exposure to machinery and noise.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
