Director of Enterprise Compliance

Lynn Community Health Center seeks a dedicated and experienced Enterprise Compliance Director to oversee enterprise risk management and compliance operations.

In this role you will...

• Serve as a key advisor to the Chief Compliance Officer on clinical compliance and risk-related matters.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and plans.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Law, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HRSA, The Joint Commission, HIPAA, OSHA, and Medicare/Medicaid requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and influence staff at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), or equivalent certification preferred.
