The Clinic Manager will work collaboratively with the franchise owners to lead the overall performance and operation of the Rock Hill Clinic, which is composed of approximately 10- 15 professional outpatient therapists. This includes hiring and recruiting clinicians; managing clinic performance and client satisfaction; providing training and ongoing developmental support; meeting fiscal goals; marketing clinical services and building community partnerships and referrals. The Clinic Manager will also maintain a reasonable client caseload.

Responsibilities include:
Staff Management
- Oversee clinic therapists.
- Hire and train new therapists.
- Ensure adherence to Ellie Mental Health policies.
- Conduct ongoing training and development.
- Manage staff performance, including coaching and improvement plans.
Supervision and Consultation
- Lead peer consultation groups.
- Provide clinical oversight and documentation approval.
- Participate in Clinic Director Peer Consult Group.
- Conduct 1:1 consultations with therapy staff.
Client Care
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans.
- Document sessions and treatment plans.
- Coordinate with case managers, families, and other stakeholders.
Clinic Oversight
- Collaborate on strategies for efficiency.
- Manage clinic schedules and supplies.
- Address concerns from clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as point of contact for building management.
Outreach, Marketing, and Networking
- Lead community outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance online visibility.
Organizational Leadership
- Implement policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement improvements in client care and clinic operations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Master's Degree in mental health discipline.
- Independently licensed in South Carolina (e.g., LISCW, LMFT, LPCC, LP).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of state mental health regulations.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Electronic Health Record systems.
