The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

$100,000-$120,000 USD

What you'll do:
- Lead the internal team of producers, creatives and creative technologists assigned to their projects. This includes scheduling and leading internal meetings on a regular cadence to keep all project stakeholders informed of production progress and to ensure production objectives are being met
- Adapt, manage and update internal production templates by project for things such as status documents, workback schedules, travel, budget, expense tracking, project management, vendor relations, equipment ordering, etc
- Lead client communications and be the day-to-day point of contact for clients of their projects & Manage vendor relations including contracting and invoicing for projects
- Track and manage all expenses for assigned projects and ensure expenses are aligned with approved budgets, work with internal Finance team to approve and ensure vendor invoices are paid on time & deliver projects on time and within budget
- Collaborate with Fabrication teams to oversee the production and installation of custom fabricated elements for their projects & collaborate with Production and Technical Teams to create production schedules and logistics
- Effectively communicate the needs of projects in a timely fashion to internal teams dependent on information for sourcing custom fabrication and equipment such as video, audio, lighting, power, etc
- Procure and manage all staff required on-site for their projects & provide overall on-site support for the Producers, Production Managers, and vendors
- Leadership and Team Management/Project Management: Ability to lead and manage a diverse team of producers, creatives, and technologists, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for leading client communications, internal team updates, and vendor negotiations.
- Budget Management: Proficiency in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly adapt and solve problems that may arise during project execution.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail in managing complex schedules, budgeting, and logistical aspects of production.
- Relevant Industry Experience: Experience in a similar role within the industry, managing production teams and handling client communications.
- Vendor Management Experience: Experience in managing relationships with vendors, including contracting and invoicing.
- Technical Production Knowledge: Understanding of the technical requirements for production, including video, audio, lighting, and custom fabrication.
- On-site Event Management: Proven track record of managing on-site operations for events or projects.
