THE HIGH LEVEL

We are looking for an App Development Program Manager who will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our app development projects. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in managing development teams and delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Lead, manage, and oversee the entire app development team and their efforts.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for app development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and applications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality and performance in all app development projects.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in software development.
• Strong understanding of app development processes and best practices.
• Experience in managing development teams and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in healthcare IT or working with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management tools and software.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• This position will require approximately 20% travel.
