ABOUT THE ROLE
Pallet is seeking a dynamic marketing generalist to be our founding marketing hire, responsible for accelerating our revenue generation. In this role, you'll drive a wide range of initiatives across demand generation, events, and sales enablement. You will have full ownership of building a world-class growth marketing function to help Pallet surpass its revenue targets this year and beyond.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about scaling a fast-growing B2B product. As the first hire in our marketing team, you will have the exciting upside of growing and shaping our marketing function from the ground up.

In this role, you'll drive a wide range of initiatives across demand generation, events, and sales enablement. You will have full ownership of building a world-class growth marketing function to help Pallet surpass its revenue targets this year and beyond.

SOME THINGS YOU MAY BE WORKING ON
- Architect and own Pallet's lead generation strategy. This will involve both experimenting with net new channels and scaling our existing channels (e.g paid, webinars, SEO and email).
- Coordinate and drive Pallet's success in various industry trade shows.
- Work with existing customers to develop case studies around the ROI and value of Pallet's product.
- Work with sales on developing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy including developing key sales collateral (e.g. pitch decks and battle cards).
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs and preferences.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), Analytics tools and A/B testing to assess the effectiveness of growth strategies.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Implement growth hacking techniques to quickly test and iterate on new ideas.
- Liaise with sales, product and other key stakeholders to build a world-class function that can help Pallet surpass revenue targets this year and beyond.
YOU HAVE
- 4+ yrs experience marketing/growth for an early stage company
- B2B Marketing/Growth experience
- Strong expertise in digital marketing channels (paid media, SEO, email marketing, webinars).
- Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to monitor KPIs and conduct A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with sales, product, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to develop compelling sales collateral (pitch decks, battle cards) and coordinate industry trade shows.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills for market research, customer feedback analysis, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for scaling a fast-growing B2B product.
SELLING POINTS
- Autonomy: You'll be owning all of the marketing/growth for Pallet as the first hire in the function with lots of room for experimentation and fun creative strategies without red tape.
- Building Opportunities: Take the helm in establishing and expanding our marketing department from the ground up.
- Career Growth: You'll be reporting directly to the CEO of the company and as we scale and depending on background this role could grow into Marketing leadership (building a team), or an owner of a more specific aspect of marketing/growth, etc as the company grows.
