Description:
This is a full-time in office position with the Tulane School of Medicine, Department of Medicine. The CHOICES Center Program Manager II will be responsible for managing several research projects and initiatives within the Center for Health Outcomes, Implementation, and Community-Engaged Science (CHOICES). They will provide program support to the CHOICES investigators, support research projects, including but not limited to coordinating clinical research fieldwork operations, data collection, management & analyses, and work closely with investigators to manage program activities, track program progress and prepare reports to external funding agencies including NIH. The CHOICES Program Manager II will assist the Section Administrator with program expenditures to ensure compliance with the program budget and timely completion of deliverables. They will coordinate and provide program support to the committees/working groups within the CHOICES research network. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support professional interaction with patients, faculty, staff, students, and community partners
Demonstrated ability to anticipate and meet established deadlines
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of directly-related work experience;
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years of directly-related work experience
Master's Degree preferred
Experience managing complex program with multiple consortium partners desired
