Job Description:

Performs advanced (Senior level) computer programming work. Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs. Testing and evaluating new programs. Working closely with other developers, designers, business and systems analysts.

Required Skills:

• Minimum eight (8) years of experience with SQL or PL/SQL.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience developing system documentation.
• Minimum eight (8) years data architecture experience.
• Minimum eight (8) years software version control experience.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience installing and implementing enterprise level software.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience developing and maintaining PERL batch scripts.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience developing software for lottery systems
• Minimum four (4) years of .NET core/Visual Studio experience.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience with HTML-5.
• Experience interfacing with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts at an administrative and technical level.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Charitable Bingo Rules and Regulations
• Knowledge of TLC s gaming System and interface to agency systems
• Knowledge of the lottery s Internal Control System
