We have an immediate need for an experienced JDE Senior Application Support Analyst for 3rd Party Support based in the United States. This role is full time and is fully remote.

We have an immediate need for an experienced JDE Senior Application Support Analyst for 3rd Party Support based in the United States. This role is full time and is fully remote.
Responsibilities
- This position is considered level 3/4 support.
- Occasional after hours, weekends and holidays support for urgent customer issues.
- Must have excellent customer focus and communication, friendly interaction and passion to help customers with their software issues.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues in an environment where online and remotely connected to the customer's systems.
- Must have the ability to work within a close team environment.
- Drive customer satisfaction by tracking issues from start to closure, minimizing aging cases.
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in JD Edwards Support
- Expert level knowledge of JDE WorldSoftware and EnterpriseOne in both the Manufacturing and Distribution modules
