As an early-stage startup, you will be part of the starting lineup!

This role is dynamic in that you must be a strategist and strong player / IC. As a very early stage employee you will co-lead efforts and build a GTM strategy alongside the COO inclusive of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and customer success, however this role will have heavy focus on demand gen, top of funnel pipeline.
What You'll Do:
  • Work with the COO to execute strategic GTM plans to help drive company growth, market share, and retention goals.
  • Own pipeline creation and strategy with implementation of marketing and sales processes across lead generation, outbound and inbound.
  • Produce content for marketing and sales efforts: website, assets, social, etc. to help drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and ultimately driving more inbound leads.
  • Own events calendar, plan and execute all inhouse and attended events.
  • Create the infrastructure to build the GTM function and team from the ground up as a player coach, and curate the culture to hit or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Assist in identifying potential and fostering key partnership relationships, participating in the indirect channel strategy.
  • Participate in down funnel sales and customer success activities.
  • Work with the Product Team to help define the direction of our software offering, based on feedback from customers, sales trends, competitive analysis, and industry knowledge.
What You'll Need:
  • You have relevant marketing and demand gen experience with hands-on and leadership responsibility. A significant amount of this experience should include work in early, high-growth, SaaS environments.
  • You're highly self-motivated, flexible, and comfortable with change involved in early-stage startups.
  • You're great at collaborating across disciplines and teams, including giving and receiving thoughtful feedback.
  • You're a great sales coach and mentor and focused on building a positive culture. You might be a leader or ready to move into leadership.
  • You're an A+ communicator and manager of expectations.
  • You're a motivated individual who wants to get their hands dirty with the day-to-day aspects of marketing and sales: managing pipeline quota, continually improving the sales demo to adapt to our market, creating and measuring outbound sales tactics and processes, owning accountability and performance of the team, structuring our CRM for efficiency and accelerated sales strategies, leveraging analytics, etc.
  • Located in NYC, Indianapolis, or Minneapolis.

  • $120k - $130k annual salary based on experience

  • Local team members come into the office approximately 1-2x per week. This is flexible.
