Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Senior Marketing Specialist for Partner and B2B marketing will play a key role in growing the ASUS business in Canada for B2B related and Silicon Valley partner co-operative communication. They will be tasked with B2B marketing strategy operation and collaborate with cross-team for execution through the product launch. The Senior Marketing Specialist will also play a critical role in managing all vendor related funding and budget planning/execution and need to communicate internally with different marketing function team as well as externally with partner alliance for best execution regarding B2B marketing and Partner co-marketing.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Plans and executes B2B marketing/ Partner strategy according to business objectives and ROI
- Develops, communicates, and implements winning go-to-market plans for B2B product in Canada
- Coordinates with the Global Marketing Controller Team at ASUS HQ for vendor funding/budgeting alignment.
- Acts as the expert on the local markets, opportunities in terms of positioning and launch strategies, and competition.
- Analyzes consumer, competitor and product category trends and insights, making recommendations based on that analysis for Commercial business and partner co-op.
- Liaises with ASUS team members and various business partners to ensure ASUS creative is compliant with partner funding requirements.
- In charge of marketing budget planning for partner funding and working with the accounting team to manage and process vendor invoices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 2-5 years of marketing experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Experience in consumer electronics or PC industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and set priorities while being a team player
- A clear understanding of brand marketing strategy and marketing tactics for B2B and Partner marketing.
- Team player with ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and build business partnerships
- Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to grasp and explain complex situations and issues
- Ability to adapt to a demanding, rapidly changing work environment and to handle numerous duties, manage budgets, balance ongoing requests, set priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong with numbers, accounting or finance background is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and excellent attention to detail
- Positive, results-oriented attitude and a love of learning new things
