Duties include, but are not limited to, managing and coordinating high level activities and collaborative efforts, analyzing departmental business metrics and making recommendations to improve internal business processes. Provide support to other leadership and HR as needed.

Project Management Responsibilities:
- Assisting General Manager with the development of and tracking of various metrics and key performance indicators (KPI).
- Conducting research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing reports for Administration, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety, Security and Training.
- Oversee and manage timelines for all departments to be able to meet and excel at tasks and projects as assigned by the organization.
- Analyzing programs, policies, procedures, and systems and making recommendations to optimize these.
- Assisting with drafting new or revised policies and procedures.
- Advising the General Manager and other department heads with regard to planning, testing, and implementing new programs or systems.
- Preparing and presenting reports and recommendations.
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards utilizing various software platforms such as Adaptive, Kronos, Trapeze Enterprise Asset Management, Swiftly and Monday.com.
- Understanding of contract language and ability to adhere to contracts.
- Ability to participate in audits and assist with development, implementation and completion of all CAP items in a timely manner.
- Provide assistance to other leadership members and the HR team as required. Contributing to leadership initiatives to ensure smooth organizational operations.
- Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred at least 5+ years of experience in rail transit Operations, Maintenance and Finance.
- Experience with District Department of Transportation (DDOT) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) regulations highly preferred.
- Experience utilizing data to identify trends that support strategic and tactical adjustments to ongoing operations preferred.
- Proficiency with Adaptive, Kronos and Trapeze Enterprise Asset Management, Swiftly and Monday.com report management or other project management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
