Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizzerias has been serving traditional Neapolitan pizzas, pastas, salads, and more for over 20 years. We are excited to be opening our brand new restaurant location, Tutta Bella Seattle! We are proud to bring the newest Tutta Bella to Seattle's Denny Triangle neighborhood on the ground floor of The REN building, a 41 story luxury high rise. Tutta Bella Seattle brings to life our vision of the future of our Tutta Bella restaurants with an expanded menu of outstanding food offerings, an elevated bar program, and a refined dining room service program that builds on the polished casual experience that our guests have come to love.

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate General Manager to oversee and direct the overall operation of Tutta Bella Seattle. We are looking for someone who embraces Tutta Bella's obsession with food quality and guest experience while bringing new ideas based on their own experiences. To be successful, they must be focused on excellence and sweat the details. They must lead with compassion and strengthen their teams through proactive communication and building mutual respect.

Compensation:
  • $85,000 to $95,000 starting annual salary
  • Performance-based manager bonus program

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • 5+ years of experience in full-service restaurant operations
  • 5+ years of experience directly supervising full-service restaurant employees
  • 3+ years of experience leading a restaurant management team including both dining room and kitchen managers.
  • 3+ years of experience training, coaching and building high-performing teams in the full-service restaurant environment.
  • A passion for providing outstanding dining experiences and serving exemplary food
  • A love of creative problem-solving and desire for continuous process improvement
  • Ability to balance and pursue multiple and sometimes competing goals.
  • Practical knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employment, food safety and workplace safety
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Someone who is able to balance a sustainable level of personal fulfillment with demanding professional needs such as working evenings, weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands:
  • General Managers must be able to work on their feet for periods of up to 4 hours at a time.
  • This position requires frequent use of illuminated screens for periods of up to 4 hours at a time.
  • The position requires frequent crouching, lifting and carrying.
  • General Managers must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without undue strain.
  • This position also requires periodic heavier team lifting with another employee or vendor.
  • This position requires repetitive hand and wrist motions.


Work Environment:

General Managers are expected to be able to work during any hours of operation, generally from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily. While some administrative work will be done in an office environment, we expect all of our managers to have a strong presence, particularly in the dining room and bar. Work is sometimes performed around potentially hazardous equipment including pizza ovens, deli slicers, ovens, and deep-fryers.
