Note: Base salary range is $107,000 CAD to $145,000 CAD. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.

What you'll do:
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies that drive lead and demand generation
- Manage the content publishing process, including the creation and updating of content across digital platforms
- Serve as the voice of the company across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging and tone
- Write, edit, and proofread various content types, ensuring accuracy, style consistency, and alignment with company voice
- Evaluate new technologies to enhance the publishing process and optimize customer experience
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners, coordinating a team of writers, editors, and designers
- Stay updated on industry trends, analyze site traffic, and oversee SEO plans to optimize content strategy
- Conduct regular content audits to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
What you'll bring to the table:
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of professional writing and editing experience with a strong portfolio
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Understanding of professional services business model and awareness of the ServiceNow ecosystem
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, or a related field.
