$175,000-$195,000 USD

Responsibilities:
- Ownership and responsibility for the successful delivery of commercial interior project(s), from project inception to execution of construction.
- Developing project scope and objectives, alongside internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on building and developing relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders.
- Developing a project schedule and ensuring internal and external stakeholders maintain schedule.
- Demonstrating experience of high-performance and striving for quality, safety, cost and schedule improvement at every opportunity, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leading internal meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting minutes and follow-through of task completion.
- Leading client project meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting minutes and follow-through of task completion.
- Undertaking an initial review of design and construction contracts, with support of internal legal counsel.
- Understanding of construction costs, with the ability to review and challenge costs, where necessary.
Skillset required:
- Experience working in a similar Project Management role, either in commercial interiors, life sciences, architectural or project management practice.
- Knowledge and understanding of construction contracts
- Knowledge and experience in architectural, engineering and construction principles.
- Ability to work on several projects in parallel with effective time management.
- Ability to travel to/from project sites as required.
- Ability to work and lead an effective and collaborative project team.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite and MS Project
