Qualifications of an ideal Associate Executive Director:
- Combination of education and/or experience working with Seniors
- 2-3 years of experience in Senior Living as an Assistant Executive Director or Business Office Director
- LNHA/RCAL/NHA a plus
Associate Executive Director Job Summary:
Associate Executive Director is responsible for supporting the Executive Director to ensure the stability and success of the Community.
- Implement mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision.
- Ensure development of sound programs, best practices, policies, and procedures relating to the overall success of the community.
- Work with community team and Bridge leadership to enhance our Family, Resident and Associate experience.
- Participate in and hold team accountable to rigorous onboarding and orientation standards.
- Promotes and protects residents' rights, assists residents to make informed decisions, treats residents with dignity and respect.
