Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Conrac Solutions seeks an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to provide support to senior management with the information, analysis, and forecasts required to make important business decisions join the team. To accomplish this, you will be tasked with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis as well as creating variance analysis reports, financial models, dashboards, and providing reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning.

ConRAC Solutions specializes in design, financing, construction, and operation of Consolidated Rental Car Facilities (ConRACs) at airports across the United States. Our comprehensive services aim to streamline airport rental car operations, enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. This is a full-time role, ideally working out of our Renton headquarters.

Duties:

• Leads corporate financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis as well as long term financial planning.
• Prepares financial and performance reports for use in company board meetings.
• Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.
• Compiles a dashboard of financial and performance metrics.
• Makes recommendations for improvement based upon results of analysis.
• Assists in developing financial and performance targets for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Analyzes financial results and budget variances. Provides variance insight to leadership. Provides senior management with the information, analysis, and forecasts required for decision-making.
• Prepares accurate monthly financial reports and presentations.
• Provides financial insights and projections to the accounting teams.
• Supports the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics.
• Develops and maintains financial models and dashboards.
• Works with staff of corporate subsidiaries to prepare and review project forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent from an accredited university.
• 3-5 years of on-the-job experience in areas including financial analysis., budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications.
• High level experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Word and other MS Office tools.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and financial modeling skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• Ability to proactively collaborate with individuals across the organization.

Conrac Solutions offers a competitive total compensation package including:
