Job Description
This position will support the Navy Program Manager responsible for Strategic Systems Planning (SSP) Facilities Acquisition at TRIDENT Submarine Bases Kings Bay Georgia and Bangor Washington. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive MILCON documentation and Construction Cost Estimates. Additionally, the selected candidate will provide technical peer reviews of design submittals, will develop Facilities Evaluation Testing Criteria, and will perform construction monitoring and conduct/prepare engineering reports and will make recommendations to solve Facilities issues.
There is no relocation assistance available for this position. If relocation is necessary, the selected candidate must be willing to relocate at his/her own expense

- Bachelor's Degree must be in Civil Engineering (Structural) and at least six years of related professional work experience OR a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural) and at least four years of related professional work experience
- Ability to clearly communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Superb Microsoft Office experience
- EIT certification
