As McGraw Hill Higher Education continues to grow and expand our market presence we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to own the GTM strategy and to drive internal and external campaigns for our existing customers across our digital platforms. As the Customer Experience Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies to enhance customer delight, loyalty, and advocacy. You will be responsible for creating seamless and positive customer interactions throughout the entire customer journey, ultimately increasing customer retention, driving revenue growth and fostering long-term advocacy. This is a remote position open to applicants within the United States and requires up to 25% travel for the year.

What you will be doing:
  • Collaborate with platform owners and cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies for existing customers and new initiatives related to try-before-you-buy innovations
  • Design and implement marketing programs that aim to elevate customer delight and loyalty resulting in increased usage and customer retention
  • Utilize customer data and analytics from Customer Success team and Platform Owners to gain insights into customer behavior, asset usage within our platforms and retention rates
  • Develop actionable internal and external campaigns and recommendations to other platform & product marketing teams, product teams and customer success teams based on data-driven insights
  • Develop consistent messaging and programs that Portfolio Marketers can leverage in their own delight tactics.
  • Provide insights to enhance product features and increase customer usage and retention.
  • Partner with Central Marketing and Customer Success on delight campaigns to current users
  • Partner with Digital Faculty Consultant program leads and Product Marketers around existing program, training of advocates and other related initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success training team on training plans, sales tools and customer support

You should apply if:
  • You have a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field MBA from a top tier university
  • 4 or more years experience in B2B Product Marketing with a focus on sales enablement and GTM strategy development and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven success in working across functions and campaign strategy ownership.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation and project management systems.
  • Creative and curious mindset
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo and Asana (preferred)
  • Experience with Customer Success and Customer Experience marketing (preferred)

The pay range for this position is between $72,000 - $125,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
