Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in coordinating and directing comprehensive academic programs, assessments, and support systems with precision and excellence.
- Exceptional knowledge and expertise in cutting-edge educational research, staying at the forefront of innovative practices.
- Proficient in utilizing a diverse array of educational software to enhance learning and administrative efficiency.
- In-depth understanding of multiple curriculum models, ensuring diverse and effective instructional strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of grading systems, including standards-based grading and the intricacies of grade inflation.
- Adept at supervising and proactively planning to achieve the ambitious goals of a large district.
- Skilled in maintaining open, transparent communication with the Superintendent, Board of Education, administration, and other district and township stakeholders regarding instructional programs and assessments.
- Proven capability in effectively and efficiently supervising all areas of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, encompassing all K-12 content areas, grant programs, state testing programs, and professional development.
- Collaborative in partnering for the observation and evaluation of supervisory staff members.
- Holds New Jersey School Principal or School Administrator Certification
- A minimum of three years of impactful administrative experience.
- At least five years of successful teaching experience, demonstrating a commitment to educational excellence.
- Any equivalent qualifications deemed appropriate and acceptable by the Superintendent.
