Qualifications

• Union experience preferred
• Must have 2-3 years of experience managing a high-volume banquet operation and have an excellent ability to handle high profile customers under pressure and with an extremely high level of professionalism.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of guest service and banquets/catering.

Responsibilities

• Involved in the planning, set-up, execution and breakdown of events in the Resort.
• Ensure the proper set up of function rooms, assist in the hiring, training, supervising and performance management of the staff.
• Take a hands-on approach while ensuring the Banquet team is meeting all Hotel Standards.
