Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a dynamic Sr. Channel Sales Executive to lead and drive the sales of Toshiba's retail solutions. This role requires deep expertise in retail technology and a strong background in sales, focusing on hardware, software, and services. The Sr. Channel Sales Executive will work closely with account managers, pre-sales consultants, and delivery personnel to exceed sales goals and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience managing channel partners in the retail industry.
- 8+ years of business-to-business sales experience in hardware, software, or services.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and MS Office Suite.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to interact with senior management levels such as CEO, COO, CFO, CTO/CIO, and other managers.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the full suite of Toshiba retail solutions.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals for Point of Sales solutions, including hardware, software, and services.
- Develop and execute annual business partner account plans and channel programs to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key partners and execute education programs to grow mindshare and expertise.
- Present and demonstrate Toshiba solutions to senior executives and emphasize key features such as ROI, integration, and flexibility.
- Respond to customer RFP/RFI requests and perform cost-benefit analyses.
- Maintain effective communication with direct manager and channel sales team, promoting a positive work atmosphere.
- Travel as necessary to maintain customer relationships, attend trade shows, and visit client facilities.
