Job Description
Location: Mark Center, Alexandria and Pentagon

Work Schedule: Hybrid - 2-3 times a month onsite

Clearance: DoD Secret

Education: Bachelor's Degree

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the integration of cyber workforce policy, governance, recruitment, retention, and professional development programs into strategic plans and implementation initiatives.
  • Leverage subject matter experts to review, draft responses, and develop recommendations for the DoD CIO regarding legislative proposals on the Cyber Academica Engagement Office (CAEO), Cyber Workforce, or other DoD CIO equities.
  • Coordinate documents with DoD Legislative Affairs and Service/Component stakeholders as necessary.
  • Assess current legislative authorities, potential changes, and Service's buy-in to develop courses of action (COA) that will establish an overarching CAEO strategy.
  • Contribute to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
  • Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
