We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Scheduler to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
The Senior Scheduler will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining schedules for various projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scheduling, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules from initiation to completion.
  • Analyze project schedules to identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project progress and schedule status.
  • Regularly update schedules based on project changes.
  • Plan and allocate resources to meet project timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Provide training and support to team members on scheduling best practices and tools.
  • Identify and manage critical path to ensure timely project delivery and mitigate delays.
  • Track project progress against the baseline, prepare progress reports and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Integrate scheduling with cost control to monitor certifications of payments and expenditures.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, performance issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure the schedule comply with contractual requirements.
  • Analize time impact analysis and provide recommendations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in scheduling for construction projects.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Fully bilingual, English and Spanish.
  • Candidates must reside in Puerto Rico.
  • EIT or PE preferred, but not mandatory.
