Overview: The Digital Media Manager III will oversee ZoomInfo's paid media channels, streamlining strategy and execution for mid-funnel and bottom-funnel paid media activities. This role is pivotal in steering our digital advertising efforts to maximize ROI and drive MQLs, demos, and pipelines while elevating the ZoomInfo brand through innovative strategies and comprehensive campaign execution.

What You Will Do:
  • Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across various digital channels.
    • Assess and integrate new paid media partners and innovative go-to-market strategies.
    • Spearhead priority campaigns such as crafting and executing branding media campaigns from inception to completion (Support of Webinars, Whitepapers, Ebooks, and analyst reports across paid media)
  • Campaign Management:
    • Hands-on management of audience orchestration platforms, optimizing targeting efficiency.
    • Manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Spotify, Reddit, TikTok, Google, and others.
    • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze performance data to derive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
    • Establish and communicate KPIs, track performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to refine landing page copy and improve click-to-form fill ratio.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, website SEO, and product marketing
    • Collaborate with the ABX team to bring ABX initiatives to market and track key target accounts.
    • Demonstrate the influence of branding on lower-funnel paid media efforts, reinforcing branded and sequential messaging strategies.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Evaluate potential and existing vendors, set benchmarks, and track spending, budgets, and performance.
    • Develop and maintain close partnerships with media vendors.
  • Reporting and Presentation:
    • Report on and optimize media campaigns, utilizing tools like Looker Studio, Excel,Tableau, etc.
    • Exhibit exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to communicate campaign strategies and results.
    • Strong understanding of mathematical and analytical approaches to problem-solving.Excellent Excel skills.
    • Technical Expertise:
    • Knowledge of paid media KPIs, tracking goals in ad platforms, and setting up conversion pixels in GTM.
    • Profound understanding of tech stacks and customer journeys, incorporating these insights into paid media planning.

    What You Will Bring:
      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
      • Proven hands-on experience managing substantial budgets and delivering tangible results for paid media campaigns.
      • Strong analytical abilities with practical use of reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.
      • Experience managing paid media in the B2B SaaS industry is preferred.
      • Advanced knowledge of messaging, ad formats, testing methodologies, and industry best practices.
      • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, committed to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging trends.
      • Proficiency in using and understanding various technologies relevant to digital media, including ad platforms and conversion tracking tools.

    Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.

    $80,000-$110,000 USD
