About The Position:
The Facilities Manager delivers an exceptional experience for each Greater Nevadan through all aspects of facility management. Including but not limited to planning, organizing, budgeting, and coordinating of facility maintenance, cleaning, repair, and services throughout the organization. This role involves overseeing facility management, maintenance projects, vendor relationships, and compliance with safety standards to ensure the credit union's facilities meet operational needs and uphold a high standard of quality and service.

About The Position:
The Facilities Manager delivers an exceptional experience for each Greater Nevadan through all aspects of facility management. Including but not limited to planning, organizing, budgeting, and coordinating of facility maintenance, cleaning, repair, and services throughout the organization. This role involves overseeing facility management, maintenance projects, vendor relationships, and compliance with safety standards to ensure the credit union's facilities meet operational needs and uphold a high standard of quality and service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities maintenance plan to ensure the ongoing upkeep of all facilities.
- Provide leadership and direction to facility staff to ensure efficient operations and high standards of service.
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations for maintenance, cleaning, and repairs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to address facility needs, provide updates on projects, and implement solutions that enhance the employee and member experience.
- Ensure compliance with security of building codes, alarms, keys protection and audits/management of process for all Greater Nevadans.
- Establish and manage budgets for facility operations ensuring financial accountability and cost-effective operations with Vendors.
- Responsible for Mail distribution.
- Responsible for Facilities Audits and compliance/Monthly building checks.
- Oversee external vendor relationships and contracts ensuring compliance with service level agreements and service providers for facility related projects and services.
- Optimize the use of space within facilities to meet Greater Nevada's needs including office layouts, furniture arrangements, and utilization to support an evolving business needs and growth objectives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Facilities Management or related field
- 3+ years of experience in contracts negotiation and budget management
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices and safety regulations required
- Professional certifications - Certified Facility Manager preferred

- While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit and use a keyboard, multiple monitors, mouse, and telephone (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.) for extended periods of time. - You may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

- Located in an idyllic small community in beautiful Northern Nevada
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000 - $97,000 per year
- Compensation is dependent on experience
- Medical, dental, and vision plans, where we cover 90% of employee costs and about 75% of the costs for their dependents
