In the role of Program Manager you'll play a pivotal part in directing and coordinateing all phases of production through direct supervision of subordinates and in coordination with supporting organizations. This position contributes to our vision by:
Negotiateing between organizations to develop onload/offload plans and integrated schedules using knowledge of production systems (e.g., supply, engineering, manufacturing, support, etc);
Monitoring and ensureing compliance with plans and schedules and reports status to Management and Customers as required;
Interfaceing with multiple organizations, as required, to ensure success of the plant;
Acting as the program focal point for coordination between manufacturing sites regarding work transition;
Acting as the primary interface to customers for that particular program;

Candidate skills & requirements
At Safran Electrical & Power, we seek service-oriented team players with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, adaptable to our innovative and evolving environment.
Requires a Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or related field and 5+ years in production management, Engineering, or Project management or combination of education and experience.
Prefers 5+ years of wiring and/or panel manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of Program Management methodologies and proven ability to manage successful Program and/or Project Teams necessary - Expert
Must have proven analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to effectively motivate both internal and external resources to achieve objectives - Expert
Effective negotiating skills - Advanced
Must have the ability to lead cross-functional teams - Expert
Extensive verbal and technical writing skills and excellent presentation skills required - Expert
Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office packages - Advanced
