As the Manager, Field Sales Strategy, you will help develop and implement sales programs, identifying opportunities to enhance the overall sales performance for both our Field and Inside Sales groups. In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support a wide variety of departmental initiatives of local, regional, and national scale.
The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguous situations as we develop new initiatives to support an evolving business. You will have the ability to work independently and at times with little direction while analyzing complex problems, providing recommendations for go-forward strategies, and supporting their implementation. In order to be successful in this role, you will be able to think big and focus on scalable processes and solutions that not only drive results today but support a long-term focus on surprising and delighting customers.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$130,000-$150,000 USD

The Role
- Manage quarterly location business planning in partnership with Studio and Regional leadership, tracking progress, completion, and results.
- Manage ongoing Sales Performance Management programs in partnership with Studio and Regional Leadership and HR.
- Project manage and execute other departmental programs and initiatives as assigned
- Create and execute the framework and maintenance of different policies and programs that impact field success including (but not limited to) success profiles, selection, salesforce, sales methodologies, playbooks, and KPI's.
- Creation and management of Power Point presentations, both for regularly scheduled meetings as well as ad-hoc.
- Act as a liaison between North American sales regions and other departments to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
- Prepare and present reporting for key business initiatives to the Field Sales audience.
- Cross functional collaboration between stakeholders to execute scalable world class customer experiences
- Proactively develop standards, processes, and best practices impacting our Field Sales operation.
- Assist with departmental priorities and projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of sales strategy experience in a related function, in a Direct to Consumer (DTC) or eCommerce capacity.
- Retail Field experience required
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
- Experience with CRM systems (salesforce preferred) and sales enablement tools
- Proven experience to translate complex information into simple, actionable insights.
- Experience leading projects with numerous cross-functional stakeholders; formal project management qualifications preferred.
- Microsoft Office, Power Point, Salesforce and / or Tableau advanced user experience.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment with tolerance for ambiguity.
- High-level of ownership and ability to work independently.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and an ability to create structure in an ever-changing environment.
- Exceptional written skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to travel 20%
