PRODUCT MANAGER PeopleConnect's People Search division is looking for an experienced Product Management professional to join our dynamic team. This position will report directly to our SVP of Product. This experienced consumer subscription ecommerce Product Manager will have a passion for customers and innovation, helping us to grow a Product Management function as the company matures and scales from its startup roots.

This role will work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions to guide new features and products from conception through launch and ensure their success and growth over the lifecycle. You will own the product roadmap and innovation process and help drive growth in customer retention and acquisition while helping deliver on differentiated brand experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the product strategy for People Search roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and market needs from planning to tactical activities.
  • Develop, own, and drive the product innovation process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and align on the priorities.
  • Help drive the product alignment with other technical teams.
  • Communicate peripheral product plans, benefits, and challenges to a variety of internal and external audiences with the right levels of details.
  • Partner with Research to understand customer wants and needs and translate into product requirements.
  • Monitor Voice of Customer feedback (via Customer Care, product surveys, etc) to be alerted to bugs and other desired improvements. Collaborate with Customer Care to understand user pain points.
  • Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation in the market.
  • Partner with research, analytics, and finance to evaluate the value, feasibility, and viability of new feature enhancements or products.
  • Collaborate with product designers, UX and engineering to translate desired solutions into comprehensive business requirements. Develop workflow diagrams, basic wireframes, and acceptance criteria to ensure quality execution.
  • Partner with Research on customer/prospect usability testing to ensure strong user experience.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps for each brand in collaboration with Program Management.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, collecting enhancement requests.
  • Coordinate with the wider product development and engineering team to prioritize tasks and achieve quarterly goals.
  • Communicate upcoming product launches throughout the organization, working with functions like Marketing and Customer Care to ensure go-to-market readiness and successful achievement of sales goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance KPIs to ensure constant product iteration and improvements
  • Work with the Optimization team and propose ideas to improve conversion rates
  • Others duties as assigned


Desired experience/qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management in consumer software/technology/information services, with substantial experience in the subscription space.
  • Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills; dives into financial and business intelligence data to gain insights, inform planning, and monitor product performance
  • Experience working closely with Engineers on technical requirements, including experience using agile methodology
  • Have a good eye for design
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and bring people together to achieve product sales and profitability goals
  • Passion for customer insight and research to drive product and customer experiences
  • Technical skills are a bonus. SQL, ex-developer, etc.


Salary Range:

This is an exempt (salaried) position.

Min: $146,908.00

Mid: $161,870.00

Max: $178,100.00

The pay range reflects the salary amount the Company reasonably expects to pay for the position. It is not a guarantee of actual compensation or a specific payment amount to any candidate. The actual compensation will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, a particular candidate's experience and qualifications.
