IT Project Manager

Job Description
Location: Henderson, Nevada (Relocation within 40 miles of Henderson is required)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (on-site)

Job Summary:

ENTEK is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Project Manager to join our dynamic IT team on-site in Henderson, Nevada.

As an IT Project Manager, you will work closely with the Information Systems Security (InfoSec) and infrastructure groups to accomplish our mission; ENTEK's Global Information Technology Department will be a strategic business partner, delivering best in class customer service and solutions by fostering cross-team collaboration to ensure the efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security of business operations, surpassing the expectations of both our internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project resources, scope, and planning throughout implementation
• Manage multiple, cross functional projects and ensure they are aligned with business needs
• Establish Project KPI's and dashboards that improve IT output
• Manage team and client expectations
• Track project progress to assess and mitigate any risks, manage deliverables, costs, timing, and change requests
• Collaborate with consulting leads and architect to deliver customer agreements
• Direct project team(s) via status meetings, discovery workshops, task breakdowns, and other activities to ensure project execution, applying agile methodology delivery practices
• Engage with key stakeholders throughout project lifecycle, including any coordination with 3rd party consulting vendors as necessary
• Manage quality of deliverables by ensuring adherence to project practices
• Follow Lean manufacturing utilizing tools such as Kaizens, 5S, RIE's and other work area standards

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear; is occasionally required to stand, walk, or sit for extended lengths of time; and requires specific vision abilities including close, color, and focusing. The job may required climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, couching, crawling, reaching, handling, finger dexterity. The incumbent will regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Experience and Skills
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or Five (5) years experience in related field. A high school diploma, GED and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
• Five (5) or more years' experience managing and delivering IT projects and operational excellence
• Experience planning and delivering projects moving software from on-premises to the cloud
• Formal training in Project Management or experience managing IT projects from beginning to end using agile methodologies
• Network, infrastructure, and/or project management-related certifications
• Ability to work collaboratively and engage team-oriented leadership skills, and independently with limited management
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
• Demonstrates resourcefulness, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and spoken English, communication, and presentation skills
• Expert knowledge of IT processes and familiar with IT systems
• Have a professional understanding of Microsoft Office tools
• Have a broad understanding of technical solution components, such as Windows operating systems, networks, application server, data base server, remote access tools, and file delivery solutions within Information technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management, network, infrastructure certifications are a plus
• Experience leading projects using Azure DevOps, Sprints, Kanban boards, and the use of agile methodology

Pay Range: Starts at $110K
