July 2024Primary Purpose: Will plan and implement programs meeting regulatory and nutritional requirements for students, promote development of sound nutritional practices, and maintain a safe and sanitary environment. Will be responsible for the oversight and contract management of the FSMC when CISD has such a contract in place. The CISD Child Nutrition Program Administrator will be responsible for the day to-day operations of the CISD Food Service Program and ensure District compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
Qualifications: Education/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Five (5) years experience in food service management experience, preferred
Salary:
Minimum $94,201 - 226 days
Salary determination will be based on verified comparable work experience.

- Knowledge of menu planning, food purchasing, and preparation of foods in food service environment.
- Ability to conduct on-site inspections of food service facilities districtwide.
- Ability to manage budget and personnel.
- Ability to implement policy and procedures.
- Ability to interpret data.
- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of USDA and TOA food service program compliance and regulations.
Five (5) years experience in food service management experience, preferred
Salary:
