We're currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects involving fire, water, mold, and natural disasters. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $110,000 annually, plus uncapped bonuses. Benefits include comprehensive health and wellness coverage, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan.
Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in restoration and construction, with expertise in estimating using Xactimate and Symbility software. Adjuster experience is required, alongside excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects from start to finish. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are also required.
