Electrical Project Manager

Title: Electrical Project Manager
Start Date: End of September 2024
End Date/Duration: February 2025/5 months + at client's discretion
Location: Southeast USA
Per Diem: $176 per day
R&R: once per month for a long weekend, site conditions & schedule permitting
Scope:

• On-site at the project 50 hours per week.
• Duties would include reviewing and understanding the owners electrical specifications.
• Following up with the electrical contractor to ensure their install would be compliant with the plans and specifications.
• Interface with the owner and the construction manager on how the electrical contractor performs.
• Responsible for working with the electrical contractor on quantity tracking, such as the number of terminations per day and amount of cable pulled or cable tray installed per day on a footage basis.
• QA/QC of the electrical contractors installation this includes reviewing how terminations are being done at the source as well as in the cabinet.
• Monitor Change order pricing with the electrical contractor and
  report back to the owner and the CM that the change order pricing is accurate and whether or not they would recommend for approval.
