The Securities Optimization team is responsible for managing the securities lending, collateral trading, and Delta One single stock activity. The vp/director-level GSF Delta One Trader is required to have a strong understanding of the securities lending market, liquidity management, and all Delta One products, listed and OTC. The candidate will be responsible for performing day-to-day activities for the trading book, including risk management, execution of delta one strategies, providing axes to sales, and identifying corporate action trading opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, risk assessment, and the ability to identify and capitalize on trading opportunities within the Delta One Trading space.

he Delta One Trader will be responsible for expanding our client base across the GSF product suite, identifying new markets, and implementing new trading strategies. This role requires expertise in trading a full suite of Delta One products, including TRS, options, and futures, as well as the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand client footprint across the GSF product suite and identify new markets
  • Handle client RFQs, customer-facing trades, and product origination
  • Trade and price the full suite of products, including TRS, options, and futures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor limits, develop risk management tools, and improve trading tools
  • Perform post-trade analysis and PNL reporting attribution
  • Service existing and potential clients on the Synthetic Prime Brokerage platform
  • Work independently and collectively with sales teams to develop bespoke solutions for clients
  • Develop corporate action trading strategies


The salary range for this position will be between $180,000 - $275,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.

Profil et comptences requises
Bachelor's degree required and graduate level degree preferred. Quantitative degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income Finance.
6+ years of market experience
Established track record, references will be requested.
Familiarity with Securities financing and derivative systems such as Sophis, Summit, Smart Loan, etc.
Microsoft Excel proficiency (functions & Macros, tools & formats, etc.).
Demonstrated team player.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey thoughts clearly and succinctly and to communicate pertinent complex information in a clear and organized manner.
