As a Senior Information Technology Network Administrator, you will provide support services to aid users in operational effectiveness. The most rewarding aspect of this role is interacting with your internal customers to provide solutions and problem solve.

These skills will be used to:
- Maintain both virtualized and physical network devices and environments including VMWare, AWS, and Azure.
- Provide a full range of Information Systems support services to customers, proactively providing solutions and recommendations to improve customer experience and minimize end-user downtime with internal and external networks.
- Address the day-to-day help desk tickets from developers and users, providing technical assistance, training, AD Support (password reset, add groups,etc) and desktop support.
- Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance by monitoring, troubleshooting, implementing backup/recovery processes, and rigorously planning and testing changes to systems.
- Install, patch, configure, and test enterprise.
- Maintain network device experience including Windows servers, NAS, SAN, routers, Meraki Switches, Firewall appliance, and other Information Systems components.
- Provides training to new users on network functions and office productivity applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar.
- 1-2 years of experience in information systems support role.
