IT Project Manager

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team in Mather, CA. In this role, you will manage multiple projects. Responsible for the overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project oriented work efforts. You will also establish and implements project management processes and methodologies for the Information Services (IS) community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects including scope of management, timelines, and budget
• Manage issues, risks, and/or project scope change management processes, and run reports
• Update project plans for IS projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, and schedules
• Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables
• Communicate with project team members to identify and resolve problems
• Accountable for measuring and monitoring project resource capacity
• Identify required resources across services lines as well as regional affiliates
• Communicate and disseminate information related to timelines and deliverables to other team members
• Assist in the development of the project training program and related materials
• Responsible for providing coaching, education, and support for project team members on principles and techniques of effective project management and project plan deliverables

Requirements:

• 5 years of recent experience
• Knowledge of general Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK), project management methodologies and project management methodology
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Excel
• Ability to make presentations to persuade others to accept a specific opinion or action, or to provide information and instruction
