This team also provides technical and non-technical leadershipand mentorship to the overall Professional Services group and the entireorganization, as well as reviewing architectural recommendations provided throughthe pre-sales process.This position will report to the Sr. Manager, Professional ServicesSummary Of Responsibilities:Conduct Professional Service engagements, alone or as technical leader of ateam including:oData analysis and optimizationoMigration strategiesoMove to Production (MTP) plansoTechnical summariesTechnical and architecture guidance, sometimes including on-site discussions with prospectsActively contribute to knowledge base and internal community discussionsActively contribute tools and techniques to internal teamsActively contribute to best practices processes, procedures, anddocumentationAct as escalation point for other Professional Services members and internalgroupsProvide product feedback to Product ManagementConduct internal Subject Matter Expect (SME) training sessions for theProfessional Services organization and other internal groupsAs a Solution Consultant, this person brings the greatest depth of experience andknowledge in BlueCat's technology, methods, and practices, and can applythem to BlueCat's largest customers and engagements.What We're Looking For:Ability to engage with customers and colleagues professionally and withConfidenceFlexible to work in a shift suppo5+ years' experience working with IP networking, DNS, and/or DHCP services5+ years' experience with VitalQIP, Infoblox or other enterprise DDI solutionsas an administrator or manageIn addition, we offer a range of appealing perks, including:A Professional Development BudgetDedicated Wellness Days and Wellness WeekA Lifestyle Spending AccountAn Employee Recognition Program
