We're looking for an Associate Director, Chapter Lead Engineering to:
Triage with the team lead of Quality Assurance (QA) for field platforms.
Test solutions for ongoing critical enhancements and strategic changes to the CRM and messaging platforms with focus on key financial advisor and client service associate functions.
Support distributed application testing.
Work in agile / iterative development environment with optimal time-to-market (deliver projects to PROD quicker).
Collaborate with development and business partners for trusted delivery.
Innovate and automate existing processes to allow QA organization to be more efficient.
Enhance and maintain existing automated scripts and provide testing support to key initiatives.
Use versatile test automation skillset in Web and API /data testing to write automated tests early in the product development cycle.
Participate in a transformational program / project to create efficiencies for field and home office users.

Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field of study plus 8 years of experience in the job offered or 8 years of experience as a Technical Test Lead, QA Automation Engineer or a related occupation.
Alternate Education & Experience Requirement (if applicable)
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field of study and 6 years of experience in the job offered or 6 years of experience as a Technical Test Lead, QA Automation Engineer or a related occupation in lieu of Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience.
Position requires experience with the following:
Test automation and usability tests tools;
Agile test methodology;
HP ALM and JIRA;
Waterfall environments;
Delivering complex and large scale testing programs;
Systems test;
Integration test;
E2E (F2B) test;
User acceptance test;
Data migration test;
Selenium;
Cucumber.
