PRIMARY FUNCTION: Oversees and manages the spectrum of services and projects delivered by the Enterprise Corporate Compliance program and the specialized projects and services delivered by the Enterprise Chief Compliance Officer and Special Counsel for Investigations. The Director Compliance Business Operations leads and implements various compliance-related strategic planning processes across the organization and provides key organizational leadership and board compliance committee leaders with vital information and supports required to ensure proper oversight of the compliance programming delivered across the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Oversees strategic compliance initiatives and delivering timely and appropriate reports to key stakeholders regarding progress, impact, and effectiveness.
Collaborates with executive team members to identify and prioritize strategies designed to address compliance risks across the enterprise.
Manages the agendas and substantive discussions for all key meetings with senior executives, committees, and governing boards to whom the Enterprise Chief Compliance Officer/Institutional COI Officer reports.
Provides oversight and support for divisional team leaders representing the enterprise compliance department across the organization (hospitals, joint ventures, physician practice plans, etc.
Identifies and evaluates key performance indicators and effective means through which to measure and report on compliance team effectiveness and performance
Collaborates with compliance leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals.

Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree. Masters preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION:

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 10 years of operational and/or project management experience in a health care and/or academic setting is preferred.

TYPE OF EQUIPMENT USED:
Personal computer and all MS Office software, mobile devices, fax, telephone and other office equipment as required.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Broad knowledge of Microsoft Word applications, including strong experience with Word, Excel and Power Point. Comfortable in a face-paced environment where professionalism, attention to detail and discretion are highly valued. Skill in verbal and written communication
