Summary of Duties
The Administrative Manager for Student Affairs & Enrollment (SA&E) is responsible for managing the administrative functions of the division and serving as the principal advisor to the Vice Chancellor for SA&E. The Administrative Manager directs administrative operations in partnership with senior leaders, unit directors, and administrative support staff within the division. Administrative operations include but are not limited to finance, procurement, travel, and human resources. The Administrative Manager develops, communicates, and provides training on SA&E policies and procedures. They also provide direct administrative support to the Vice Chancellor for SA&E.
Required Qualifications
Positions require a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and four (4) years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified which includes at least one (1) year of supervisory experience. A Master's degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience. Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to maintain collaborative and productive relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior-level leaders.
Proficiency in modern business technologies, including word processing software, spreadsheets, email, chat software, virtual meeting platforms, digital and cloud-based filing software, and/or large databases/information systems.

Work Location and Schedule:
The position will be primarily on-campus with some remote work opportunities after 6 months; remote work may also be available during breaks when students are not present.
Monthly Salary:
$5,954 ($71,448/year), Grade 5, Zone 3. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, this reflects the approved salary for this position.
