Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric APRN or a Child Psychiatrist to join our onsite team. This individual plays a crucial role in our multidisciplinary approach to pediatric care, collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals and caregivers to provide comprehensive treatment and support. We are open to intermittent with at least an onsite presence a minimum of one day per week, up to full time with client time onsite during regular business hours.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for children.
- Provide medication management and support as part of the overall treatment approach.
- Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate and support families and caregivers on treatment plans and health maintenance.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Support ongoing outreach efforts about medication management services at Intermountain as part of integrated care.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Nursing with specialization as an APRN or licensed psychiatric MD.
- Current licensure and certification in the state of practice.
- Experience in pediatric care and/or child development preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build therapeutic relationships.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
