This BAE Systems program supports our federal customer who plays a key role in providing direct cybersecurity engineering support. This program provides systems and security engineering and integration support to specific Government-sponsored projects, pilots and prototypes. This includes solution planning and engineering, defining security requirements, target architecture, interoperability and integration, system testing, Verification and Validation, Modeling and Simulation, studies and analysis, post-deployment security validation (PDSV), and project risk management. As part of this team, you will contribute to the overall management of the program, policies, processes, and deliverables to ensure the successful execution of the program and the customer mission.
The Program Operations Manager will be part of the program leadership team and support overall program execution by working across functional teams to ensure program deliverables and schedules are achieved. This is a multifaceted position that affords you the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of program execution. It requires flexibility and experience interfacing and engaging with diverse customers. In this role, you will:

The Program Operations Manager will be part of the program leadership team and support overall program execution by working across functional teams to ensure program deliverables and schedules are achieved. This is a multifaceted position that affords you the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of program execution. It requires flexibility and experience interfacing and engaging with diverse customers. In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the PM and DPM to assess programmatic issues and develop resolutions to meet quality and client-satisfaction goals and objectives;
- Manage and oversee program procurement activities and will work directly with program finance, COR and PM to ensure timelines are met;
- Oversee and support program technical documentation (i.e., producing reports, process documentation, policies, etc.) and information for a wide range of customers that is consistent with program guidelines and standards and work with end customers and internal teams to understand system and documentation requirements;
- Interface directly with the COR and other government staff regarding program related activities
- Be responsible managing a small team of employees who support technical writing and procurement related activities.

Required Skills and Education
- Proven experience supporting PMO activities and managing contract deliverables
- Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years relevant experience
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and ability to deliver submission-ready documents on time
- Experience and poise interacting with government customers, CO and COR regarding program activities; ability to think quickly and respond appropriately to customer communications
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal; excellent organizational skills
- Proven experience writing deliverables for the federal government; ability to manage program deliverables, budgets and delivery schedules
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent organization skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous work streams
- Demonstrated ability to establish and write procedures, evaluate program processes; provide recommendations for improvement and implement when approved
- Demonstrated ability to manage people
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
- Must have active DHS EOD
