Leidos is actively hiring for a Hardware Integrator to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO.
Looking for a change. Leidos has opportunities in the Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Missile Defense mission areas. This opportunity is to identify the hardware requirements for a new subsystem and perform all tasks associated with planning integration of the hardware into an existing system.
This position will report directly to the Integration Operations Lead.

Pay Range: Pay Range $81,250.00 - $146,875.00

This opportunity is to identify the hardware requirements for a new subsystem and perform all tasks associated with planning integration of the hardware into an existing system.
This position will report directly to the Integration Operations Lead.
Primary Responsibilities
- Define processor, memory, storage requirements to meet performance requirements for the MWMT program.
- Review software component hardware requirements
- Evaluate power requirements of hardware components and align with power availability within the facilities
- Perform trade studies of hardware options
- Coordinate with sustainment providers engineers to determine interoperability of hardware components with existing capabilities
- Update system model with hardware specification
- Bachelor's with 4 years of experience or Masters with 2 years of experience; additional years of directly applicable experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
- Experience developing a Bill of Materials including researching and identifying all hardware and associated equipment to support system requirements
- Experience designing hardware for an integrated project with multiple stakeholders, including external stakeholders
- Extensive experience writing Information Technology (IT) technical documents and plans
- Currently possess a Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
- Excellent project, technical, interpersonal, presentation and problem management skills
- Ability to communicate orally, and in writing, detailed technical information on troubleshooting and implementation efforts
