We're hiring a Corporate Development Leader! We are looking for a Corporate Development Leader to work in partnership with the President and VP, Finance to develop a clear vision for all Nonwovens growth. This will include working on all M&A activities, and growth objectives, as they relate to our strategy.

The Corporate Development Leader will be responsible for:
- Taking an active leadership role in all deal aspects, including deal structure, diligence, and integration.
- Working with outside advisors, and AstenJohnson Leadership to develop a clear, compelling vision for growth.
- Continuously refining and updating our acquisition criteria for possible partnerships / acquisitions and prioritizing potential targets.
- Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
- Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
- Developing negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
- Examining risks and potential for business combinations.
Education/Experience/Certification
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or any related field.
- Experience in Business Development
- Exposure and experience with different Nonwovens technologies
- Prior experience with Strategy and M&A
- Prior successful team leadership
- Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities; extensive technical oral and written communication skills in English and presentation skills
