Responsible for supporting adherence to all aspects of a rigorous compliance program as stipulated by 32 CFR Part 117 and BAE Systems policies and procedures.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status and eligibility to obtain a US security clearance

Required Skills and Education
- Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and procedures for our uncleared and international sites, remote worker teams and CONUS/OCONUS field services members.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits per company polices.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed.
- Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees.
- Ensure staff compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
- Plan and conduct investigations from inception to conclusion.
- Maintain documentation and records related to security activities and incidents.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring timely progress and resolution.
- Compile detailed and accurate reports summarizing investigation findings.
- Must demonstrate proven leadership skills, and excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of compliance programs and integration into business operations
- Ability to solve complex decisions independently
- Ability to function under pressure and stressful emergency situations
- Demonstrated ability to create innovative solutions that create exceptional collaboration environments
- Capable of developing collaborative relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to identify inefficiencies, functional overlap, synergies and opportunities and implement solutions
- Demonstrated ability to instill culture of compliant business execution, without roadblocks
- Must have eligibility to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.

Preferred Skills and Education
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- Working knowledge of system functions, security policies, technical security safeguards, and operational security measures
- Previous experience in the development and coordination of a security programs, projects, best practices, and plans that advance the security mission and strategies addressing a variety of issues, including crisis management, privacy, and physical security
