Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill the followingpositions. These positions are in the Adult/Older Adult Division of the Behavioral Health Department based out of the Gardner Health Services Corporate Office located at 160 E Virginia Street, San Jose, CA 95112. Under general supervision of the Older Adult Program Supervisor, the Mental Health Therapist I/II provides assessments and related psycho-social services to adults. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team. The Older Adult Program is a person driven and interdisciplinary approach to coordinated care to address optimal mental health functioning by considering stressors, physical health issues and substance use.

- MHT III - License-waivered (pre-licensed) Doctorate Degree
- Bilingual/Bicultural preferred.
